On April 11th 2023 the GONG H-Alpha station at Big Bear managed to capture a unique photo. An airplane flying at the right time and the right place ended on one of the station’s automatically generated images. The image itself consists of several combined frames, so the plane was captured in multiple shots which were then combined in the final processed image shown here.
